On 03.08.2020, KRAFT was once again able to welcome 10 young people to its apprenticeship team.
This marks the beginning of a new phase in their lives. A step towards independence, but also towards personal responsibility.
This year, KRAFT is training in the following professions:
- five precision mechanics, specializing in mechanical engineering
- two electronics engineers, specializing in automation technology
- one technical product designer, specializing in machinery and plant design
- one IT specialist, specializing in application development
- and one cutting machine operator
During the first 12 weeks, the trainees learn the basics of their respective profession. After this, they are integrated into the daily business and take over the first tasks in the company. At Kraft, the trainees learn to take on responsibility early on and can develop further.
Currently, a total of 46 trainees are employed at G. Kraft Maschinenbau GmbH.
At G. Kraft Maschinenbau GmbH, the promotion of junior staff does not end when the apprenticeship is completed. For example, trainees with exceptionally good performance can be given the opportunity to pursue subsequent studies.
"We are pleased to welcome 10 new trainees with us again this year. Training is a central cornerstone of our growth strategy and the apprentices represent the future of the company. We look forward to working with them," says Markus Hüllmann, Managing Director of G. Kraft Maschinenbau GmbH.
KRAFT is delighted to welcome the new trainees to the company and wishes them all a successful start to their careers.
