The following system processes sandwich elements in various lengths and widths as well as with a variety of surfaces, decors and colors.
Various stacks of unmachined parts up to 14 m long are stored and supplied to the processing line by the gantry system as required. The sandwich panels are cut to length and processed through drilling, punching, sawing and milling. All integrated buffer storage systems are designed to optimize the processes. Fittings and windows are installed or stickers etc. are applied at several manual assembly stations.
Barcode labels are used to identify the stacks to be processed.
